Do not send personal medical information or reports. The Society does not provide individual medical consultations; only the treating clinician can advise on a specific case.

Office visits are by appointment. Request an appointment through the form or by phone during published working hours.
I need scientific material that is not published on the website.
Choose “Request scientific material” as the enquiry type and state the topic and intended audience. The Society will refer it to the relevant scientific committee.
